The pages of this selection would serve as a posthumous hymn from Chiara to the One who was the great director of her life and the architect of her Work: they would fill the reader with his gifts, his joy, his strength, and his consolation. And they would ignite the ardor of being at the side of this unknown God in his work of renewing the face of the earth.
